iDrops

SECOSYS iDrops provide the backbone of the SECOSYS water management system. iDrops can act as stand-alone meter and valve controllers or provide communication to a variety of water management devices connected togther over SecoNet. iDrops are available in a variety of configurations. In its basic form an iDrop is a docking station that allows devices attached to the iDrop face to have access to the water management network. More sophisticated iDrops hous controllers that can read most standard water meters and control a host of valve types. iDrops are installed into any type of 4X electrical junction box. The iDrop eyes are conductive contacts that provide a docking station for a variety of SECOSYS water management devices that include Reflect displays, and wireless communication modules. iDrop-to-iDrop connection is achieved over SecoNet, a single three-wire network that provides communications and power to attached devices. Hundreds of valves and meters can be supported on a single SecoNet network, allowing for water management of any size building or complex..
