The water management requirements for in-building water are quite different than those required of irrigation water management. That's why we invented the HydraMeter. The HydraMeter is an innovative product that combines the functions of a water meter, valve controller, and water delivery scheduler in a single package. HydraMeters take water meter technologies to a new level by incorporating electronics that provide realtime, high resolution flow measurement even at small flow rates. HydraMeters use proven, industry standard AWWA lead-free water meters as foundation sensors. HydraMeters are application specific, ultra-smart controllers that turn simple water meters into a total water management system. Multiple HydraMeters can be networked together with each managing a specific type of water use. HydraMeters can directly control a network of valves over a two-wire network called Valve-Net. Valves can be used to schedule irrigation or control water flow entering a building. Sixty valves can be controlled by a single HydraMeter allowing precise measurement of water flow though single valves or groups of valves.
