Irrigation Management

HydraMeters can be used as stand-alone irrigation controllers or compliment existing controllers. As a stand-alone system the HydraMeter can directly operate valves to deliver precise quantities of water to irrigation points. Since the water meter is the foundation of our control system, water is delivered my volume rather than time. This allows you to know exactly how much water each irrigation point is consuming. Further, a HydraMeter managed irrigation system can immediately detect clogged or broken sprinkler heads and if valves are leaking when turned off. When used with conventional irrigation controllers the HydraMeter can control a master irrigation valve that can interrupt service if a problem is detected,  HydraMeters have special outputs that can be used by smart irrigation controllers for flow sensing input. This allows the typical paddlewheel flow sensor used for irrigation controllers to be replaced transparently with a HydraMeter. By substituting a HydraMeter for a typical flow sensor landscape managers have significantly more control and awareness of landscape water use.
